Civilians are the heartbeat of Operation London, bringing the city to life through creative, immersive roleplay that challenges every emergency service. Whether playing a trapped victim for the London Fire Brigade, a key witness for the police, or a criminal evading capture, civilians create dynamic situations that drive storylines and test response capabilities. From business owners and bystanders to informants and organised offenders, every character helps shape the world. Civilian roleplay fuels realism, encourages investigation, and sparks unforgettable scenes — making London feel alive, reactive, and full of possibilities at every turn.

How do I Apply?
There is no application to become a civilian within our community. Every new player is a citizen of Ashford and doesn't require an application. As a civilian, you can apply to be a senior civilian, which will give you access to more vehicles and tools.
To apply to be a senior civilian, you must first be a verified member of our Discord, which will give you access to the application form. To apply, click the link to the application form below and answer the questions.
